In the price of the stand the rent, partition walls, a standard sign, standard equipment for a minimum stand applied for, waste gathering and waste transportation fee, and general cleaning during the time of the exhibition are included. The Organizer shall issue a catalogue and web-site www.balkanicaexpo.com of the exhibitors. The inclusion of the Exhibitor's name, address, telephone, fax and e-mail address in the catalogue is obligatory for all.

2. Right for participation: Right of participation shall have Bulgarian and foreign companies, non-profit organizations, state institution and others, which comply with the branch list. The exhibitor may present and advertise exhibits not forbidden by the law. Application for participation shall be done by signing an Application Contract or a special Contract between the Organizer and the exhibitor. The organizer shall make available the areas and services applied for, trying to satisfy the Exhibitors requirements to the maximum degree. The organizer shall give the right to deny confirmation for participation in the exhibition, if the exhibits do not correspond to the branch list.
3. Registration for participation: Application for participation shall be done on the part of the exhibitor by filling in, signing and sending an application contract within the time set. The organizer and the exhibitor may sign another (special) type of contract. The exhibitor shall be obliged to register the companies, sub-exhibitors at the stand hired by him only after the agreement and confirmation of the organizer.
4. The Organizer: The organizer preserve its right to change the place of the exhibition or the form of the stands as well, in order to benefit the exhibitors notifying them in time. The organizer has no responsibility for problems occured by bad weather which might restrain the exhibition and for that reason therell be no money refund. The organizer can provide transalation services when and if thats necessary.
SERVICES
The exhibition area shall be given to the exhibitor for the time stipulated in the application contract and shall be vacated of exhibits and properties after the end of the last exhibition working day, but not later than the date stipulated in the application contract.
1. Stands area: The stand structure is composed from aluminium frames and white metalic melamine with 2,5m height. Front sign with your firm in English. Electric power supply 500w and 1 plug 220v. Cleaning. Desk with 3 chairs, 1 spot 100w per 3m2. All advertising festivities outside the exhibitors stand are forbitten. All kind of transportation conserning exhibits or other material during the expos working hours is forbitten too.
2. Advertising : The organizer shall issue a cataloque of the exhibitors. The inclusion of the exhibitors name, adress, telephone, fax and e-mail adress in the cataloque is free and obligatory for all. The exhibitor may additionally ask for a text, logo, ad insert or ad page to be included in the cataloque as per the rates. Every company shall have 3 free exhibition cards. Inform us in case you need more cards. There will be also printed invitations (ask for as many you will need for your visitors). Free advertisement at SVATBA and posters.
4. Security: The organizer shall provide the exhibition general security and shall not bear responsibility for losses and damages caused to the exhibitor within the working hours. Extra security may be given, if thats necessary, by overcharging the exhibitor.
5. Working hours: Working hours of the exhibition are as per application contract. Stands are avaible to you from Friday 08.02.2008 at 09:00. Stand dismanting will start in Sunday 10.02.2008 by the exhibitions ending.
TERMS AND MANNER OF PAYMENT
50% (fifty per cent) of the amount of the application contract shall be paid at the time of its signing. The balance, including the additionally requested services shall be paid not later than 31.01.2008.
For the services requested by the exhibitor in the week before the opening and during the exhibition another 10% (ten per cent) for urgency of execution shall be calculated on the price.
The organizer has no responsibility if the exhibitor has not arranged his copyrights. The general provisions of Bulgarian legislation shall be applicable in the relations between the parties. All disputes that have arisen in connection with the execution of the general conditions shall be solved through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be solved, it shall be referred to the competent court in the Repuplic of Bulgaria.
